Each staff member undergoes a thorough background check through the national FBI database and local law enforcement, conducted by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Emergency Preparedness
To ensure we’re ready for any situation, we conduct:
- Monthly fire and evacuation drills
- Quarterly lockdown and severe weather drills
All emergency plans and important contact numbers are stored digitally and are easily accessible by staff at all times.

- All exterior doors are always locked and accessible only to staff
